10.31.08 NASA now anticipates that draft PWS information for the I3P procurements will be published no earlier than late November/early December 2008. Consistent with this schedule, one-on-one meetings between Industry and the procurement development teams are not anticipated prior to early December 2008 and a draft RFP will not be issued before January 2009.
