Agency Consolidated End User Services (ACES)
Contract
Program management,
provisioning, and support of desktops, laptops,
cell phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs),
and office automation software. These
requirements are currently provided by the
Outsourcing Desktop Initiative for NASA (ODIN)
contract.
ACES will provide a consolidated solution for
delivering end-user services across the Agency
to achieve increased efficiencies and reduced
costs though standardization and commonality
while providing means to build specialized
solutions when mission needs require them.
Services provided include computing and mobile
bundled seats, Enterprise-wide e-mail, directory
and printing services, and peripherals.
